Since starting this role in January 2025, I have expanded my skill sets in many fields. I learned right alongside the owner how to operate large-format, vinyl machinery, DTG printing, scheduling Instagram posts, handling job orders, shrink-wrapping products for shipment, and staying up-to-date in all things Pokémon and sports-related as it relates to the South Florida region. Basic Fun!

During my time with Basic Fun!, my work fluctuated based upon the season of toy expoes and other production artists. While working my other 2 jobs at the time, I worked in the early morning hours laminating, mounting, cutting, and preparing mock toy compositions for showcases.
Valero
2023 SUmmer internship
I was fortunate to have the opportunity to work for Valero as their summer graphic design intern.
It was through this experience I had the opportunity to explore a variety of projects and dive deeper into the Adobe Creative Suite, Print-On-Demand applications, and understand what it means to represent Valero.
More specifically, I had the chance to work with a senior graphic designer, Bobbie LaCombe, on the annual United Way BBQ Showdown event in Ardmore, OK.

The Connecting Mothers' Initiative launched from the ground up in 2024, and I was fortunate to grow in my experiences and skills alongside them. I volunteered as a Social Media Graphic Design Intern collaborating with the editorial team and design team in producing deliverables in various formats, fitting to the applications, encouraging mothers throughout every season of life that they have a village of love and support.
Sportsman's Connection
2023 Spring internship
To welcome my new year, I started as a Graphic Design Intern with Sportsman's Connection, a company that has been mapping the outdoors for over 40 years.
I had the chance to grow right along the company as they were barely a year into their new product line, laser-engraved wooden lake maps. More specifically, I worked heavily in Adobe Illustrator, DropBox, and Google Sheets to contribute to their ever-growing demand and small, but driven, family of designers located in San Marcos, TX.
